Abianeh is a village in the center of Iran. it is protected through UNESCO because of its unique attributes and characteristics. due to its geographic setting Abianeh was the only village in the whole country of Persia that survived Gingis khan's invasion. It is without the doubt the only place in the country where no black veils can be seen worn by anyone and instead flowery and lively designs can be found walking up and down through the Sedona like colored dirt roads of Abianeh. The Abianeans are all originally Zoroastrians.
